What is a brand story and why is it important? A brand story is what sets you and your business apart from the rest. With a strong, relatable (to your audience!) brand story, you allow your clients to see beyond "just another business". As you tell about your past challenges, how you conquered them, and how you built your business because of it - your clients will have an 'Ah hah!' moment. They can picture themselves using your solution and finally finding a solution to that ...challenge that they have been thus far unable to overcome. Have you tapped into your brand story yet? With the rise of social media and smartphones, customers are becoming more accustomed to having quick and easy access to businesses. If a customer has a question or complaint, they expect to be able to get an answer or solution with just a few clicks away. Facebook Messenger is a growing channel for customer communication. According to Growbots analytics, 85% of customers want businesses that they have had a good customer service experience with to communicate with them via Facebook Messenger. As this trend continues, we will likely see more and more businesses making Messenger a core component of their customer engagement strategy.
