A mask will not prevent you from getting COVID, but it can minimize the transmission to you, or another person, especially if they are young, old, or medically compromised. Do the right thing

We are excited to say that we are tentatively planning to open to see patients starting Monday, June 8th for dental emergencies and treatment!! We are hoping regular checkups and cleanings won’t be too far behind. Things will be a little different in the office, given the new guidelines we are following to provide you with a safe experience during the current pandemic, but it’s still the same smiling team ready to help with your dental needs. I feel terrible for all our patients because the information out there in the news is misleading. The Ministry of Health has said they will give the green light to dentistry to resume seeing patients. But the problem is that ultimately we are governed by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons who have not yet given us the go ahead and the guidelines we have to follow as required by the Regulated Health Professions Act. The bottom line is: we cannot open....not quite yet. ... We can't wait to get back to the office and see all of you who really need some help, and all of you who want your regular checkup and cleaning. Trust me; Dr. Bae and I will continue to talk to you over the phone for your immediate needs, and as soon as we can get back to the office we will welcome you with open arms...even if we have to be dressed in a spacesuit!
