A couple of days ago we had to say goodbye to a part of our crew. Bandit our beloved border collie crossed the rainbow bridge. He was a loyal sidekick during the cold winter months of calving season, loved riding shotgun to check cows in the summer and kept the ladies in line during pellet time, vaccinating and any other time he was allowed to tag along. He will be missed but we are so grateful for the 13 years we had with him

We haven’t posted for awhile, so here’s a photo of Papa and his farm hands! These two love the cows!

We strive to have quiet cows that are easy to handle.. but Wilma has to be hands down the best cow on the farm. She raises great calves for Cole every year and is always around for a friendly scratch... even if the scratch is from a toddler!

These three Simmental sired heifers have been consigned to the Wheatland Cattle Company sale on March 21st, 2019 at Bienfait Saskatchewan. If you’re at all interested or have any questions regarding these heifers, please call Scott at (306) 332-7289.

Calving is in full swing and our newest farm hands are loving it! Very thankful for our quiet cows and calves and wonderful Papa to show them the ropes!
