Looking for something exciting to do this week? Come out to the 21st Great Lakes Police Motorcycle Training Seminar at the Wal Mart parking lot at 2416 Long Lak...e Road in Sudbury! Approximately 56 Police Officers and 40 Civilians will be putting their motorcycle skills to the test. Officers from Nevada, California, Québec and many other areas will be participating in this fun-filled event. This four-day seminar begins tomorrow, Wednesday August 14th at 8:30 a.m. Breakdown as follows: Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm Friday 8:30am-5:30pm Saturday 8:30am-5:30pm Riders will receive training and learn the courses on Wednesday and Thursday. Then, they will put their practical training skills to the test on Friday and Saturday. Admission to come to the event is free, however we encourage guests to bring non-perishable food items for the Sudbury Food Bank. The goal is to fill up the entire back of a Ford truck!
