Long but awesome post, we began with a tired old house, clients first wanted the now popular 'modern farmhouse' look , we worked towards that , second pic, then they and us started evolving it as they saw how common it was becoming and so we explored some of their ideas and suggested some wilder things and now you see a minimalist modern farmhouse !, the last few pics rendered my Megan after our whole design team spent another day today kicking around ideas, we hope this is where the design now settles at. Great working with such an adventurous builder and clients ! Ya we know some the last wont be their taste so don't look in the comments for more pics of latest ...
