Yuri Nalysis would also like to discuss some prescription diets as well. In this photo he's sitting next to some of our dietary sensitivity cans. Hills D/D has novel proteins in their diet & comes in kibble as well as cans, Pictured is the duck & the salmon. it can be used for dogs that have adverse reactions or intolerance to foods. Hills Z/D is made up of hydrolyzed protein & can be used for dogs with severe food allergies or gastrointestinal disorders. If you have any questions about your pet's diet don't hesitate to give us a call. (Hills D/D comes in both canine & feline variations) #McPhillipsVet #WeLoveOurPatients #HillsPrescriptionDiets #Allergies #VetMed #ChristmasElf

Keep your pets safe this holiday season Despite the holidays likely looking a little bit different, there are still some things to keep in mind when it comes to your pets! Here are a few of them #McPhillipsVet #WeLoveOurPatients #HolidaySafety

McPhillips Animal Hospital 18.11.2020

We want to make sure everyone has a safe holiday season, including your pets! Many plants are toxic to our pets.. if you're considering getting a poinsettia this year, consider getting a fake, silk one instead. The white, milky sap in poinsettia leaves is toxic to pets. #McPhillipsVet #ChristmasPlants #Poinsettia #CatsOfInstagram #DogsOfInstagram #VetMed

Yuri Nalysis wants to share the importance of having your cat, small dog, or other small pet in a kennel or carrier when arriving to the clinic. Animals can often become frightened when arriving at the clinic, especially indoor cats that only go out for their checkups. Having the pet in a secure kennel ensures that they will make it into the building safely! If you arrive at the clinic with a loose cat or small pet, we may get one of ours to transport them in & out of the building. This is for their safety ! If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask! #McPhillipsVet #WeLoveOurPatients #Yuri #ChristmasElf #KennelSafety #VetMed

Horseback riders will often condition their horses along roads, if you're ever driving & encounter a horse & rider, do you know the proper etiquette? A horse 'spooking' in walk was registered to have travelled sideways at 54 MPH by GPS tracking on the rider's mobile.. be safe & be prepared! #McPhillipsVet #WeLoveOurPatients #Horses
