Structure repair on this big beam which was poorly installed and resulted in the joists puling out from the beam and leaving a major crack in ceiling. Issue was fixed by straightening beam and adding strong tie anchors and strap ties underneath to pull it all together and keep it there.

Big transformation and a very unique design for this kitchen. All new custom cabinets, pantry and door designed and built by trand kitchens. Finished with new countertops, a river rock backsplash and vinyl laminate.

Lots of work in a small space. We did a full demo , moved a wall out and had all plumbing re routed, including the main stack into the wall to eliminate bulkheads and create more space. Thanks again to Plumbing Medics for all the great work .

Warped hardwood and basement ceiling damage were the red flags for this homes water issues, which was caused by chimney flashing issues. We got some help from Dr.Clean, who did a remediation on everything effected by the mold, then it was new drywall /paint and hardwood.

All white everything for this bathroom renovation, which included demolition of lots of plaster and older wall tile which is always fun to work with . Flooring used was a Toryls everwood vinyl laminate and was installed throughout the main floor of this home.
