How can I deal with a user, who cannot use a computer? I'll try my best not to rant, as I do actually have genuine concerns over these users. So at my company I have had staff members, who are required to use a laptop and smartphone.... Of course I get alot of people, who are bad with IT, but there are a select few who have no IT skills at all, as they cannot use a computer whatsoever. In the past I have brought up my concerns to management regarding these select few staff members, asking them to at least enrol these people on a basic IT course (that our company can easily provide ourselves), but nothing ever gets further then that. I've had people quit, because they cannot do their job using their computer. Now today, I've had a staff member break down crying, because she forgot her password, and was struggling to reset her password using the instructions I provided, (which were 1.click forgot my password, 2. enter your email address) What can I do with these users?
