"Ferris and I have attended seminars and classes held by McIntyre Canine Rehabilitation in order to stay on our game for competitive Dock Diving. He competes quite regularly and it's very important to keep his core strength up and all of his joints and muscles in good working order! ... Everything Carolyn does is easy to comprehend and teach the dogs... Carolyn has a wonderful way with the dogs and extremely knowledgeable in her field. We will continue to work with McIntyre Canine Rehabilitation so that Ferris is in peak form for next season! Our personal best is 20' but with proper canine conditioning I'm confident we can increase that!" ~Sarah and Ferris

It's important to remember that while rest is an important part of rehabbing an injury it is not the only part! Muscles still need activity to prevent atrophy and strict crate rest may lengthen recovery from an injury. It's always a good idea to follow up with a rehab specialist following an injury. We can help you and your dog find the best healing protocols and get you back to the road to recovery! A huge welcome to one of our newest pack members!!! Meet Bruno! This lovely boy is a 6-year-old Lab/Shepherd cross with a partial tear of his CCL ... Bruno's mom Robin Kay decided to take a conservative approach to treatment and we couldn't be happier to help Robin and her wonderful boy get back onto the road to recovery!! Bruno is loving all the extra treats he's getting and the conditioning exercises assigned to his rehab are just so much fun! We can't wait to see his progress and get him back out on the hiking trails! #brunoshreds
