Finding yourself unemployed is one of life's most stressful events. Dealing with the grief associated with job loss can be overwhelming; it can be difficult to know what to do. If you are unemployed, consider joining Mackenzie Counselling Services online once weekly for three weeks to participate in a grief group series from our Rest of Us program.
