Some ideas for activities to help with self regulation; helping kids release pent up energy and emotions in a fun way. These are particularly good for your kids..., who like in the previous post struggle with being sensory seekers. I generally break up the exercises so the kids will do more mental/emotional work but then every 15-20 mins (depending on the age of the kids) we stop and do one of the exercises below.
