Working on the trailer build with my homie. This kid loves to help dad. Usually my work is a little to dangerous to have a four year old around, but some day this guy is going to be a really handy guy to have around.... even if he Clogs up@the vacuum once and a while #dadlife #worktrailer #cobblehill

A couple of our projects on the go. The #kneebraces look great supporting the gable ends overhang. Also some pics of the completed flooring in the office building. This is the last time we’ll see the floor, because we covered it in #ramboard flooring protection as soon as it was complete. The ram board stays on until it’s time for final cleaning just before move in

#renovation project in #millbaybc is almost ready for that stack of #cedarsiding. The 4x4 #kneebrace s are to support the overhang that was not properly framed when the building was originally built. Waiting on replacement #window delivery but we will start siding where we can, then finish up when windows arrive #tyvek #deckframing #constructionlife
