Neck exercise videos are long overdue! "The right" neck exercises are often tricky to get and require some extra cueing. Sometimes we have to wake up and retrain inhibited muscle groups and help teach proper motor control patterns. Some neck exercises also seem just weird to do at first! Even releasing your neck muscles can be difficult; if you're bending and/or rotating at the wrong angle or you are pressing in the wrong spot, you won't get it. Things runners need to know about Achilles Tendinopathy: There is a lot, so I included an amazing PDF. If some stuff goes over your head, please feel free to reach out. I think it was designed for clinicians, but a good reference for all. The Achilles tendon is loaded more than any other lower extremity tissue during running. It is strong.. yes, but when tendinopathy develops it can be a frustrating recovery. The good news is that you actually need to keep loading it to get better.
