Meadowland Farms 31.05.2021

Hasn't this been a great winter so far?? Very little snow and the temperatures have been amazing. Hopefully, it will continue. If I remember right though, we received most of our snow through February and March last year, and the temperatures were frigid. Let's hope we do not repeat. I have been dreaming of summer, and the seed catalogues are all in. Have been having a great time looking them and picking new varieties and old standbys. The first of the trays and pots are... ordered and should arrive over the next few weeks. The fields are for the most part bare at this date. Only the corners of the fields or the hay fields have snow on them. Hopefully, we will get an earlier start this year. Have been also thinking of how to better serve the Community Supported Agriculture members. If you have any suggestiions, don't hesitate to let me know. I thoroughly enjoyed this aspect of farming last year and look forward to 2016 and expanding this component of the farm. I trust your winter has been going well so far, and look forward to hearing from you all. Eric
