Hello everyone, we would like to give an update regarding arena rentals and horse shows in the next couple months. We have decided to cancel the March competitions for now, due to COVID-19 restrictions as Wellington region is currently still in red zone. Instead of competitions, we will be be offering arena rentals. We will run Hunter arena rentals between March 10th to 21st. Jumpers will run from March 24th to April 4th. In accordance with the government announcement issued on Monday December 21 regarding the Ontario lockdown, Meadowlarke North location in Acton is under lockdown effective Sunday December 26, 2020, until at least Sunday January 24, 2021. ALL Lesson programs, Competitions & Arena Rentals will be deferred and/or cancelled until such time as we are permitted to reopen and we will advise how our programs/competitions/arena rentals will be restarted. You will be allowed to scratch minus a office fee ($25+tax) before the start of the division that you are signed up for. COVID-19 RULES & REGULATIONS for our August 3rd Schooling Show at Meadowlarke North. Showmate.net is officially OPEN for entries! If any questions or concerns, please email at [email protected]

Hello Everyone :) August 3rd will run with the following covid safety protocols. 1) Online entries and payment only. No post entries. Entries will be limited if necessary. 2) NO general public admission. Each rider can be accompanied by a trainer, groom and one parent/guardian if a minor. We will create of list of their names and all will need to sign a waiver before entering the show grounds. Once you have entered we will email you with the necessary documents. ...3) Masks MUST be worn at all times indoors. Outdoors masks MUST be worn if you cannot be 2 meters apart 4) Hand sanitizing stations will be supplied at various points throughout the facility and porta potties will be disinfected multiple times during the day 5) Anyone who does not abide by the safety protocols will be removed from the show grounds. Entry deadline will be July 31st and you will be able to enter shortly at showmate.net We are aiming for a fun as well as safe day of competition for all !!

Hello everyone, our June 28th show is unfortunately cancelled because of the Covid situation. However we are expecting to be able to run the August 3rd show. It will not be part of the series as we have not been able to run our normal schedule. We will advise of new safety protocols closer to the date. Stay safe and see you soon :)
