Mid-day Mobility We can all use a little help getting up and moving during these times. When we work from home, we often spend all day at our dining room table/desk/chair/or couch, and then we stay right there once we finish our work day.... These sessions will be 15-20 minutes long, focused on (usually full-body) movement and mobility. All you need is yourself and a yoga mat or blanket for comfort. All sessions will be held on IG Live- if there is enough interest, I will open it up on Facebook Live as well.

Do you know what you’re eating!? I’m sure a lot of you have heard the word macros or macronutrients thrown around a lot, but what does it really mean? Macros (short for macronutrients) are nutrients that your body needs large amounts of in order to function properly!... The three macronutrients and a super simple breakdown of what they do: 1 Carbohydrates (carbs) -main energy source -fuel for the CNS (central nervous system) 2 Protein -building blocks needed for tissue repair and growth 3 Fats -energy -hormone regulation -absorption of fat-soluble vitamins Where to start? Try to incorporate a source of carbs, proteins, and fats in every meal! You need each of these macros in different amounts *dm me your questions* which I will post about soon- but this is a great place to start.
