My own stomach has become sensitive over the years and I see this recurring issue everywhere - in my own friends circle, clients & amongst colleagues, and BOY is it difficult to manage! Little did you know, there has been a substitute all along!... Introducing the Power of Millets They come in several different varieties such as Finger, Pearl, Foxtail & Sorghum to name a few varieties - each with its own unique features, but they have one trait in common. They're Gluten Free! These nutritious, high- fibre, coarse grains are high in protein and rich in vitamins & minerals. Millet flour is much more widely available, allowing for creativity to over flow! I personally grew up with my mom preparing freshly made millet Rotis & Parathas which we would gladly chow down for brunch.
