Hello all, I hope you are all having a great Sunday! Here's something specific for chronic diseases. I've had to say a NO to some of you in the past with chronic diseases and medications, because I knew that medicines hinder with the body's natural ability to heal. I had to be honest. How would it be if we provided both nutritional and medical support?... Happy to share that I am collaborating with a friend who has been very helpful in my personal growth. Register using the sign up link 2. You will be contacted soon and briefed about the program in detail 3. Begin with a medical consultation 4. Followed by a lifestyle consultation 5. Participants will begin making changes that they believe will help their health 6. Customised meal plans will be provided along with health coaching and support 7. Progress will be tracked throughout (qualitatively and quantitatively) P.S: Restricting intake to 10 participants.
