Traditional twice baked potatoes are an amazing comfort food, though often filled with too much cheese, sour cream and usually bacon! This is a clean version of that meal using the lower glycemic sweet potato, and loads more veggies. Sour cream and cheese free, this recipe is great for anyone out there avoiding dairy. Alright, here is a clean eating, EASY, muffin recipe that is tasty and nutritious to boot. These bad boys freeze very nicely so I usually make a double batch to freeze for quick snacks, desserts or an on the go breakfast when I am running late. This is an awesome snack alternative to store bought baked good for your kids as well. No refined sugar in these guys, just ripened bananas as the sweetener. My favorite way to eat them is warmed up and cut in half with some almond butter spread on topno surpriseI put almond butter on everything! Happy baking!

Get off your butt and get outside to enjoy the awesome fall weather! This is my favorite time to exercise outside because I love the crisp air and the changing leaves. Also, enjoy the ability to use outdoor stairs for your workout before the snow comes. This is a fabulous cardio and leg workout with a little upper body thrown in there to rest your gams. Do this workout for time, as fast as possible, taking rest as needed. Add some music to get keep a good beat and get you motivated to climb those stairs with gusto!

Before I started eating real food, I used to love me a mean chicken fried rice. Most restaurants load their chicken fried rice with ‘natural’ flavoring (AKA MSG), and we all know that after you eat Chinese food. you are still hungry and finish off with MORE Chinese food. Get off that chicken fried rice hamster wheel and eat some real food. This is easy to make and just as delicious. Tastes like chicken, because it is! A great dish to try as the seasons start to change. Fall is coming, did you bring your fork?
