Meet Chef Waylon! Chef Waylon Yu graduated from the globally recognized Culinary Program from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. He's worked at River Cafe, one of Canada's top 50 restaurants, as well as having several of his own creations in the menus at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. ...
