What if you had a life that was more in alignment with who you truly are, that you are not living. What could you do to ignite your undiscovered self?

When you get hurt, recreate for yourself a better philosophy for living. When you feel pain, pay attention! You can only get better with this way of thinking. My friend in the video kept mentioning how upset he was about an injury that he picked up. I was allowing him to think differently about what opportunity that he had instead of focusing on what makes him mad and impatient.
