Oops we did it again! Gnocchi with button mushrooms in a homemade parmesean and garlic cream sauce. . ... ...Of course we couldn't stop there. We had to give it the Meathead foods treatment. We diced Meathead Spicy Italian Beef Sausage, threw it into a pan, sauteed in butter over medium heat until nicely browned. Then we added some finely diced onions and cooked until golden. Mixed the whole pan of savoury goodness into the waiting gnocchi and done! . Super fast, easy and best of all, it was a complete hit! . Enjoy! See more

Sunday afternoon somewhere in Toronto... . SCENARIO: Dad, Mom, we're hungry! .... PROBLEM: Still have a ton of work to get things ready for the week. You need something fast and yummy for the troops so they'll settle down and stay quiet for a few minutes (and you could use a quick bite too!). . SOLUTION: Rummage through the freezer and pantry... -1 pack of @Meatheadfoods Smoked Beef Pepperoni -half a bag of President's Choice Naan Rounds -a left over (or new) bag of Kraft Kraftrecipes Cracker Barrel Mozza Cheddar cheese - a can of Unico Garlic Pasta Sauce or whatever marinara/pizza sauce you have around . Preheat oven to 350F. Lay down a bunch of naan rounds on a foil lined and buttered baking pan. Spread some marinara, throw on the cheese, and slap on some irresistable Meathead beef pepperoni slices. Bake/Broil until cheese is golden brown and bubbling (5-12 minutes depending on your oven). Take the tray out, let cool for a few minutes and relish the silence that ensues. . Enjoy! See more

Love a good pasta dish? It's so versatile and easy. But you're busy and it can be tricky to change things up. Want a fast, easy and delicious way to kick your pasta sauce up a few knotches? Try this super easy trick: Dice 1 (or 2) Meathead Foods Italian Beef Sausage (spicy or mild, your choice), brown it on the stove in some butter or your favourite oil, and then add to your favourite pasta sauce (or make your sauce as you usually do). Simmer and stir. That's it. Serve... over your favourite pasta or use it in a lasagna. This works great with any marinara or cream sauce. You will not be disappointed! We took it 1 Step further. After browning the diced sausage to release flavour, we added some Meathead Foods lean ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic, then cooked until the ground beef was done. We then added Marinara and let it simmer until all those wonderful flavours melded together. Voila!
