Merienda after Siesta Sunday! Steamed buns with queso Blanco a.k.a #puto and no its not a bad word and yes it's a #kakanin This is it Pancit!... Here are some of my Malabon requests! For May, I will be making as a special of the month. Pancit Malabon it's one of my favourite Filipino noodles. The noodles are incredibly light. I can probably finish half of the pan in one seating, no kidding! It's made out of rice vermicelli with special seafood sauce. Toppings can be simple seafood such as shrimp/ squid or a blend of seafood mixture, boiled eggs, chicharron, scallions, calamansi on the side.
