One of the biggest excuses I hear from clients is 'I don't have time'. The reality is, we all have time. It's just a matter of how prioritize that time that will determine our results! Here are some ways to overcome that barrier or obstacle of time: 1 Have better time management skills. We all have the same 24 hours in a day. The question you need to ask yourself is how are you spending it? Would you rather spend 30 minutes scrolling on social media or instead going for a 3...0 minute walk? Weighing the pros and cons of each might help motivate or influence your decision on how you choose to spend your time. 2 Commit to an exercise schedule that works for you! You don't need to start off by exercising 5 days a week for an hour. Simply start with 30 minutes - 1 hour 2-3x a week. Once you've mastered that consistently you can increase the frequency! It's better to aim small and build momentum which increases motivation. 3 Set daily goals for yourself. By setting goals you hold your self accountable to making sure you stay productive throughout the day. Start with 1 simple goal of a 30 minute walk, run, workout or yoga session. Once you've mastered that you can expand by adding on more physical activity throughout the week. At the end of the day, it's all about building sustainable lifestyle habits we can utilize for the rest of our lives!

We are the masters of our own domain! We're all given the opportunity to be successful, the question is, are you willing to do what to takes to get there? I believe that the energy & effort you put forth in the universe has a direct correlation on whatever it is you are trying to achieve! This is especially true for health and fitness. If you continuously talk yourself down with phrases like 'I can't do that' or 'I'll never be able to do that,' I would tell you, you're righ...t. Once you've sold yourself on the belief that you can't do something, chances are you won't ever do it because your mind has told your body its not possible when in actuality it is. You've already lost the race before its even begun. Now let's reverse that mindset with positive phrases like 'I can' or 'I will' and watch how that impacts your ability to succeed. I'm not saying it will be easy, but with a little determination, hard work and a positive attitude you're already half way there! Exercise is 100% a mental game with yourself! It's pushing ourselves when we want to give up. It's dragging our ass to the gym when we don't feel like it. If you can learn to master your mental space, and use it to your advantage, the results and possibilities are endless!
