Happy Saturday all! One week left till music lessons start up again...YAY!! SO excited to have you all back. Just had to share some great news; Alberta just loosened the restrictions on indoor singing, so with our new studio set-up and social distancing in place, we will be able to sing in class, without masks, which I am so excited about!... I will be busy this week finishing setting up the studio. If you have a chance this week, I'd encourage you all to start doing some piano playing with your kids. Most helpful would be reviewing scales/bridges/chords, playing through their favorite songs from their books from last year and maybe taking some time to work on note naming. Keep it fun and light, though! See you in a week!

Studio is mostly prepped and we just finished off the first lessons of the year. So much fun!!

The first book order came in! Unpacking and sorting through books for my 45 students! One of my favorite things about MYC is the amazing books and materials they provide for our students. Such high quality and very engaging for the kids. Who’s ready for music class?!!
