Nearly 170,000,000 Americans listen to online radio every month. That's the latest research that came out with the Infinite Dial study. Online radio can be your local radio station streamed online or even a major streaming service like AccuRadio, Spotify, TuneIn or any other online only audio service. In Canada, we are certainly seeing strong growth fueled by a combination of more radio & music streaming options in the market, an increase in the # of people that have smartphones, access to wi-fi almost everywhere people go, lower data fees/larger allowances and consumers seeking out more of their music online.
