(5-7 days post exposure) and allowing us to predict the viral sheding (contagious) period.

Canadian manufacturers of PPE continue to struggle with domestic sales while the federal and provincial governments continue to utilize foreign supply chains through pre-covid contracts. We are forced to compete with chineese product price points manufactured with subpar materials and produced with labor at pennies a day. Canadian PPE manufacturers also face barriers with bringing our product to market as platforms such as Facebook, Kijiji, eBay, and Amazon place restrictio...ns on our ability to list our products on their platform citing conservation for our health care systems. The problem is that our health care systems are buying from China leaving Canadian manufacturers at a disadvantage for the distribution of our products, which will ultimately result in the collapse of the domestic PPE production industry, and place the Canadian health care system and the Canadian people at risk while the health care systems continues to rely on foreign PPE that has consistently proven to be non conforming and been subject to countless recalls over the past year. Support local PPE producers by sharing this post and helping to raise awareness surrounding the vast limitations on marketing and product distribution that have been placed on Canadian PPE manufacturers.
