You know they are around and you talk to them etc. , but if you just try to connect to see what is out there you must ALWAYS SHIELD YOURSELF IN WHITE LIGHT PROTECTION, so that you don’t connect with a dark energy. Many have contacted me as they have tried to just connect to get answers, and unfortunately have not done so properly. Energy is very powerful work.
