A fluticasone oral inhaler shortage document has just been posted. We have formed a valuable collaboration with CPhA, which should help us get more documents out to you more quickly. We know the number of drug shortages is colossal and, as much as we'd like, we'll never be able to write documents for everything. We have a general approach to drug shortages on our COVID-19 FAQ page that can help guide you. Thank you to everyone out there going above and beyond in whatever capacity possible! https://medsask.usask.ca//drug-sh/fluticasone_shortage.pdf https://medsask.usask.ca/covid-19.php

This is a quick note to let you know medSask is posting the COVID-related questions we have researched. It is quite minimal now but we are actively working to increase the robustness and updating as much as possible. If you have a question, it’s very possible someone else has had the same question and you may find an answer here. Thank you to all the front line workers out there!

The most up-to-date information about COVID-19 can be found on the Government of SK website. At this time, 811 should not be used for general information about COVID-19, but reserved for those individuals with symptom-related enquiries. As always, call or refer people to medSask for medication-related questions.
