This was project was a little challenging but also fun. Working close to the river we had to make sure no debris fell in. We framed and poured a new concrete dock. While lifting 400 pound stone steps down a 45 degree hill was no easy task, our team got it done. From a jungle looking path to a clean river access. The end result had the owners super excited!

Part 2 as promised. Front yard transformation for owner and his neighbour. Both landing were recapped and walkways extended. The neighbour had a 2 tier garden planter added on the side, apron around the garage and new asphalt laneway. To finish it off, all new Kentucky blue grass in between the two houses.
