SUGAR. IS. NOT. YOUR. ENEMY. Ohhhhh, the dreaded Halloween Candy. As someone who deprived myself of food for YEARS. I live by the motto:... For every Restriction there is an equal or opposite Binge. I don’t do the ‘Switch Witch’. Call me crazy, but my kids get to keep & eat all the candy they want. Guess what? Halloween was 3 months ago, and they still have 3/4 of their candy left. In another month or so, they will likely dump it all in the garbage. FOOD. IS. NOT. YOUR. ENEMY.

They help fuel your brain, kidneys, heart and central nervous system! A Carbohydrate deficient diet may cause headaches, fatigue, weakness, difficulty concentrating, nausea, constipation and vitamin & mineral deficiencies! Sure, maybe you should limit your intake of refined sugars and processed foods (that’s a whole other post), but let’s not cut out an entire Macronutrient group like Carbohydrates!!!

(You don’t need fancy equipment) it’s GREAT for your Heart & can help lower blood pressure! So by all means, use the cardio equipment, but be sure to include a few intervals!
