It is sometimes important to let an offer breathe if the delay permits of course. After the first weekend of visits, my clients received an offer on their beautiful condo. It was a great offer, just not everything my clients were looking for. So we decided to let the offer breathe for a bit. In that period other visit requests came through and we found another buyer. This new buyer fell in love with the condo and made an offer the very same day. That offer was everything (and more!) than my clients' initial expectations. Not only that! We also beat out 9 other offers on their dream home and now have an accepted offer on their forever home! I'm so happy for my clients! It's a tough market out there but they came to play!

The first Transaction of 2021 is in the books! As a buyer being competitive is not always about price. Sometimes it's about timing and understanding what the sellers want.
