I had a mini mind freak then was back on track with new snow ideas. Even though I had to toss my original plan the the day before the session the images turned out amazing!! Hi, I wanted to say this is ME, many of you have never seen my face before. I just returned from Nanaimo and Cortes Island. While gone I rented a dress to use in a session that ended up getting cancelled. So I put it on and set the camera settings and handed it to my mom.

Such a different and unknown return to school we are having this year. Everyone making decisions that a year ago I had never thought I would have to consider. I am thinking of offering back to school mini sessions if there is enough interest. I want families that have chosen to home school or delay start have the opportunity to have a school portrait this year. They would be 20 min sessions at an outdoor location, booked with enough time in between to clean the set and make sure families are not running into each other. Please comment if you are interested.

Close up or further away? I am in love with this vintage lace dress. We had to pin it back to fit Eva. It has no size listed (most of the vintage pieces do not) but I think it is a women's small-medium.

This was my first attempt at sewing something for my clients to use. (I can knit anything but sewing is a hit and miss haha) I love how it turned out. It is one flat piece that just ties together in the back.
