Dance is not to do with the steps ,.its bringing our inner divine spirit a oppurtunity to share its light. Some may wish to train the body to express spirit in a more precise way, but when it all comes to it, its spirit that is dancing.

Everyone holds trauma, there isnt a person alive that hasn't gone through being birthed. Us on the other side say oh that was so beautiful, what a amazing experience, but the the baby is like hey! I had all my nutrients, I had everything I needed so much so I I didnt even know I needed anything. Then contractions, "what is this?" then the fluid goes, my safe haven? Then the pressure, why am I feeling this pain? Then the accually birthing? Then the biblical cord? Then no food until I make this scream. And if you had anything but a natural normal? Birth anything traumatic like forceps? Or vaccum? C section? Your got more trauma. How does this pertain to life now? Everyday and breath of your life is a reexpeiencing energetically of your first trauma. Birth cycles. Trauma release is a EVERYBODY job. For ourselves and our children.
