Yesterday was Day 2 of my New Year resolution. Just a few short months ago I didn’t miss a day with a workout. My nutrition was the best is ever was and I felt like I had a Handel on all things life. Add a giant dog, a house and being called back to work in the midst of a pandemic with to support the kiddos definitely put a damper on my consistency. ... Thank god for fresh starts because this is mine. #2021ismybitch

Today we did something a little different! We’ve been doing these at home workout programs for 2 years this month and it’s been a game changer. Usually, we do a 30- 40 minute lifting sesh and call it a day! But not today! ... Instead we took our workout on the go and did a guided run with one of our virtual trainers and guess what!? It was so refreshing! Day 1/30 is in the books with just 20 minutes of lift + 20 minutes of fresh air!! I know I can get down for that everyday!! And I think Bruce and Mark can too!! Waddya think? LOL

What a beautiful day! Yesterday we celebrated a beautiful couple. They had an amazing day and everything worked out perfectly. I cried like a baby when I saw my girl coming down the isle, she was so beautiful. ... Weddings really being out all the joy in people. I don’t think I a single person stopped smiling yesterday, myself included. Congrats to Steve and Brandi . . . Shout out: Thx @pike.m66 for always snapping the best pics of yo girl!
