I’ve unfortunately have had a lot of no shows and last minute cancellations this past bit. I’ve recently started a new job and my availability is now limited. I have decided to create a 24 hour cancellation policy, where you are required to cancel 24 hours in advance and if not your next appointment will require is 50% non-refundable deposit (which is deducted when you come in for your booked appointment). I really hate to do this, but it has been happening very frequently lately. Thank you
