How I feel about Mondays. After having the best weekend with my babies, we're all hating having to get back to schedule. The kids get half days on Friday or sometimes they logoff after their morning assignments.... I've noticed that this has helped them mentally. Packaging Orders for Shipping is the most time consuming. I need to ensure those bad boys are wrapped well so they don't arrive broken. Have you ever watched couriers pickup your orders, and toss them in their truck? It's the most gut wrenching thing to watch. ... If you placed an order passed the Christmas Cut off which was November 15th, please note that it is not guaranteed for Christmas.... As of December 1st shipping will be removed from the website and only local pickup will be available in Brooklin, Pickering and Bowmanville. As of December 8th the website will be closed until the new year. Items can be found at all three @marketsbydreamday I try and stock all three locations with my most popular items, I cannot guarantee that when I stock items will be there when you go in. I have always tried my best to get things out as quickly as I possibly can. Please remember that aside from this I work full time and I have two kids, who are my priority and will always come first. I am sitting on 100 emails that I need to respond to and I am trying to get back to all of you as quickly as possible. If we had communicated that your order will ship or has been shipped.. It will get to you, I am paying for expedited shipping in order for you to get your stuff in time. I have a few items that were returned because there was an issue with the addresses. Please make sure you're entering the correct information. At this time I cannot change the pickup options at checkout to combine your orders with previous open orders. This caused too much confusion, which then leads to things being back logged. Even though you are ordering from my PRE SET designs, I still have to make the mugs as I don't have mugs already made.
