Finding femininity, weave, July 2020 While at Beal, gender was a big question. For a while I went my they/them pronouns. Feeling fairly neutral in the gender spectrum. Over the past two years I was given permission, in a way, by my peers to experience and experiment with who I want to be. Bealart and Beal in general let you explore, not only in art but in your individual self. I no longer go by they/them. I feel like I know myself without putting labels on everything. I hope everyone finds what suits them, everyone has a journey..
