We are so excited to see everyone - while you’re at the salon please relax and let us take care of you. And be assured we have taken every measure to make our environment a safe one. If you’re calling to make an appointment - please leave a message if we don’t answer. We may not be able to get to the phone, but we will return all of your phone calls! We hope everyone is staying safe and welcome to alert level 3!

Hello everyone, By now we have been in touch with or left messages with almost everyone who missed appointments. If we haven’t been in touch please reach out to us, through here or 237-8237. We will be opening in level 3 following government regulations. Below are some important reminders:... ~DO NOT come into the salon with flu like symptoms. ~ Call or text before entering the salon to make sure we are ready. ~You must wear a mask to enter the salon. ( with ear loops for services ) ~We have masks available for purchase, if you forget yours. ~Leave unnecessary personal items in your car. ~Sanitize your hands and phone when you enter at our sanitizer station. ~Please have clean hair when you arrive. ~No food or drinks ~Late clients will be rescheduled for a later date. ~Come alone, unless a guardian or support person. ~Please do not touch the retail, we will be happy to help you with that. ~Stay in your chair so we can maintain social distancing at all times. ~Please do not wait for your reminder call to cancel apts. Let us know ASAP if you are unable to make your apt. ~No waxing services at this time. ~No major make overs , please know what you would like to have done before your appointment. ~Maintenance appointments due to time restrictions. ~We miss you too but no hugging. ~If you are looking to only purchase retail or gift cards please call us and we will arrange a pick up time. This is a whole new world for everyone, we are tying to make sure everyone gets a little love before we start rebooking or taking on major services. Hello Everyone, looks like we will be returning to the salon at alert level 3 There will be a few changes at MEKS due to the current covid situation. ~Clients with flu like symptoms, waiting for covid testing, notified of contact tracing, been out of the province or living with someone who has been out of the province and is currently isolating will not be permitted into the salon until you’re all clear. ... ~Anyone entering the salon will require a mask, if you do not have a disposable mask, we will have masks available for purchase. ~Anyone entering the salon must sanitize hands at our sanitization station. ~ Please leave your jacket in the car. We will not have storage for them. ~All clients must come alone to appointments (unless a guardian or support person) ~There will be NO waiting area, you will wait in your car until we call you to let you know we are ready. ~You must remain in your chair until directed, to maintain social distancing is followed. ~Please do not touch the retail, we are more than happy to get what you need for you. ~We will not be serving beverages, treats or Werther‘s originals at this time to maintain masks are kept on. ~We will NOT be offering waxing at this time due to social distancing requirements of our treatment area. ~We will not be accepting cash payment if at all possible at this time. Appointments ~All clients will be contacted to reschedule missed appointments, upcoming appointments will also be rescheduled. ~If you no show for an Appointment or cancel last minute, you will have to go back on the wait list. ~We can not accommodate late clients due to our strict appointment times. ~Due to the amount of clients needing appointments we will not be able to perform major makeovers or double process services at this time. Maintenance appointments only until everyone has been seen. ~Keep in mind these are not regular appointments and the price may reflect this due to the amount of growth and product needed. As always, we will go above and beyond to make sure MEKS is a clean, safe and happy space for all of you. Have patience with us as we work our way through this new normal.
