I’m seeing lots of posts about how now is the time to be productive or to rest. That’s okay if that’s what you are able to do. Maybe that’s even how you cope with chaos. That’s okay too. But I worry about the harm of this general message..... this is a global pandemic. Something we as a collective and individuals have never experienced before. This isn’t a vacation. If you can’t rest, that’s okay. If all you are doing is the very basics, that’s okay. If you find yourself not as productive as you normally are.... that’s to be expected! You’re okay. And if you are not, that’s okay too. Reach out to someone.
