I got officially got my license October 28, 2020. When deciding on a career I wanted something that was going to be revolved around people! Also something that was not just in an office all day... even though there are still lots of documents and computer related work with real estate I am still able to spend some hours out showing homes or networking to build my business. Real Estate is flexible, competitive and I am my own business owner! I choose my hours and I choose how... hard I want to work... and hard work does pay off! I am happy I finally am licensed. I started out as an assistant in Williams Lake 4 years ago so I am well familiarized with the documents and processing. It truly has been an advantage in starting this career. As a Buyer it is YOUR choice to get a home inspection done. Ask your realtor for credible references. Technically they are not certified Red Seals, but they do complete a general home inspector course.... They cover all areas of inspecting a home and seek out anything that might be harmful or has been damaged or not up to code: Electrical, plumbing, water leaks, building structure and more! It is often a good idea to get a home inspected so you have a full detailed report of what may need to be repaired when you move in.
