The day has finally come! I am bursting with joy to tell you that I have been called to launch a coaching business ! Eek! This coaching practice is designed specifically for the sensitive, empathic and intuitive woman looking to align with her highest self and discover her true potential. As some of you may know, I have been on my own journey of self discovery that started a couple years ago but when Covid-19 moved into full effect this past March I began to really dig deep.... I was searching for someone to help guide me on my journey and when I connected with @rileylawson in June, I knew she was the one! She is an incredible force of nature and has pushed me to my limits, challenging me to really look at myself and release any doubts and fears that have kept me from living a meaningful and abundant life. Since doing this work I have never felt more connected to my intuition, my body, and what my purpose is in the world. I have been able to experience more joy, a deeper connection with my partner, attract incredible women into my life, and I finally know what my purpose and impact can be. Because this work has been so transformational in my life, I have been compelled by a force much greater than me to share it with women who are just like me; sensitive, smart, intuitive, who want to live an aligned and authentic life on their own terms. I have been working on a program over the past month with my amazing business coach @kareykapell and I am excited to launch it! I was going to wait until January but my intuition has guided me to release it December 21st so that's what I am going to do! Details to follow! Much love and gratitude, Melanie

Hello hello!!! So I know I've been MIA for a really long time as I have been doing a lot of inner work and getting to the core of who I am as a person. Basically I am unlearning a lot of conditioned behaviour and rebirthing myself. I am getting to know myself intimately and it has been a scary, emotional, and intense rise to say the least. I have hired Riley Lawson - Coach to help facilitate me on this incredible journey and am uncovering things about myself that have been d...ormant for way too long. My creative juices are flowing and I am working on something pretty amazing... I'm not revealing anything just yet but stay tuned. In the meantime I am currently booking new clients and my absolute favourite thing to do behind the chair is anything brunette and redhead. To our wonderful guests at Lavish District: After the announcement that the province will be allowing us to re-open on May 19th, we had many things we needed to consider. First of all, the safety of our staff and their families is of utmost importance well as the availability of childcare and the safety of the childcare available. Secondly, the guests and the availability and impact of contributing to the shortage of the required PPE. As much as we miss you all and miss each ...other, we wouldn't be able to give the quality of service we normally provide under these highly unusual circumstances. The time, cost and practicality of the precautions make us concerned it’s really not quite yet safe to re-open in May. We have made the very difficult and emotional decision to post our tentative reopening date as June 15th. We will be working limited hours and possibility with limited stylists. Our main goal is to provide a quality service in the cleanest, safest environment possible. We will be contacting our guests starting June 1st via email to begin rebooking by 2 week increments with the start date of June 15th. Priority will go to any guest cancelled during our closure and our amazing pre-booked clients .. we love you! Next we will move through our wait list.
