This video demonstrates our dedication to ensuring the absolute best job possible, with the fastest drying times possible on a longer hose run. Video starts showing 2 gray 2 inch hoses connected to our truckmount. This ensures lots of vacuum on longer runs, and is only possible on the large dual wand capable units! This leads up to our 2.5 inch Y connector, that attaches to 2.5 inch hose, and then to the industry leading Devastator inline filter. After this its the normal 2 inch hose into the home. And yes, our wand has a 2 inch tube on it too, just to allow for maximum water extraction. No smaller whip lines to impede water flow here!

Ive just read the London CTV report about ozone eliminating the Covid 19 virus. There is a lot of information available that states ozone will eliminate the virus, but I have yet to see a regulated study that actually proves it nullifies a virus. Privately funded business studies are all we currently have and these all point towards ozone having the ability to nullify the virus. Information about UV light disinfecting for a virus is about the same. ... Please educate yourself on the different claims companies are making as they try to adjust to this new economy. If you decide that ozoning will work we do have ozone machines here we could put in for you. Our one ozone machine is also an air scrubber with UV light disinfecting. Or if you decide to go with a proper multi step disinfection process, which could include ozone, please feel free to leave a message here or call 519-793-4239. Stay safe and wash your hands. This simple virus has a fatty barrier that the soap breaks down easily. Thats why you need to wash for at least 20 seconds.

Covid 19. There is a lot of hype and misinformation being blasted around now about the new Covid 19 virus that is infecting the world. Its actually a simple virus, that any viruscide should be able to eliminate. I say should because there hasnt been any actual testing of any products to ensure they will kill this virus. Its still too early. In the US the EPA is recommending viruscides with kill rates on similar viruses. Here at Melior Carpet Cleaning we use an all natura...l product for our sanitizing of surfaces. Please understand that this isnt necessary in your home to keep this virus away. In fact it wont help unless there is already contamination, because all it takes is someone infected to cough in your home and your home is likely to be contaminated. Social distancing and regular hand washing are the most effective ways to keep this virus from spreading even more. But for the few that may have concerns sanitizing is something that could help with eliminating the virus, and helping give you peace of mind. Also just getting the truck mount ready when this epidemic hit. Holding it up a little but wont be long and well be ready to start cleaning carpet again!
