ALLIE MACDONALD From a Dental Hygienist to a Digital Marketer and stay at home dog mama! After spending ten years in Dentistry, Allie suddenly developed nerve damage that ended her career. Talk about a life shift at 32!!... So her options were to go back to school or try something totally outside the box!! You guessed it! She went outside the box! The story behind an overwhelmed momma and how she brought her husband home from working away on the oil fields. Meet Carly, a mom of two boys from Cranbrook BC. Because of her small town there were limited job opportunities so her husband had to make the sacrifice and work up north in the oil fields 3/4 of each month. 4 years ago Carly was raising a family on her own, while also working full time as a social worker. She was tired, lonely and needed a way out of the life she a...nd her family hated!! She knew the online space was booming but didn’t really have a clue where to start and wasn’t very good with computers! She also didn’t want to have to bug her friends and family in order to become a success. Carly ended up connecting in with an amazing education platform that taught her real digital marketing and high ticket sales skills from people having the success she was looking for! It offered great support, step by step training and marketing methods that didn’t require her to post all over her personal page. Because of the skills she learned in digital marketing and high ticket sales she was able to retire her husband from working up In the oil fields so he could return home to work locally and they could be together as a family full time. Within her first year of being online Carly was also able to leave her 9-5 and it finally felt like her and her family were thriving instead of just surviving! From the education, support and connections she made through her online community Carly was not only able to create a successful digital marketing and high ticket sales business but she also launched a women’s leadership company. The online world certainly opens new doors and opportunities. Carly transformed her life by stepping outside of her comfort zone and recognizing that something needed to change if she wanted to have her family all together. She worked hard, stayed focused on her goals and leaned on a online community for support and guidance. The rest was history and she couldn’t be more thankful! Full time, busy, exhausted mom and corporate girl to Full-time online entrepreneur. Kait enjoyed her job, it had everything you’d ever want from a career. Great pay, benefits, 3 weeks vacation. But as her family started to grow, and she realized she wasn’t getting the most out of her time with them something had to GIVE. Was she comfortable? Yes. But she was also missing purpose, passion, and excitement in her every day.... She always found herself searching for more, looking for ways to break free and embark on the entrepreneurial path. She had seen some of her friends break free from their corporate chains and start their own entrepreneurial journeys, they were making posts just like this one, sharing their experiences, their excitement and passion for this new exciting journey they were on. At first, she actually thought they were crazy Why would they do something like leave their job to work online!? Why would they leave job security, and comfort? But the more she started to see it she actually could no longer UNSEE it. That was when it all clicked. Everything is digital. Everything is online. So why wouldn’t she want to learn a new skill that would allow her to take on the world of digital marketing while creating the independence, passion, and freedom she desired for her growing family. So she did it she jumped on board. Going on maternity leave shortly after getting started, and a year later she said goodbye to her corporate career for good and hello to unlimited possibilities. In 3 years she has been able to: Create multiple incomes streams. Travel Canada, USA and Mexico with her family. Have an impact and help others find their passions in life too. The digital marketing education platform she joined has provided her with massive support in growing her business. It has also allowed her to continuously learn new skills she never thought possible, create incredible relationships, and connect with incredible people all over the globe. By taking a chance on something that once seemed unknown and scary she has pushed herself out of her comfort zones and by continuously working hard has been able to create a life she had always dreamed of.
