For everyone who doesn’t know me, I was lucky enough to be the oldest and only girl of a family of three children. My middle brother got married yesterday to my new sister in a beautiful ceremony in the backyard of their home. Despite the rain and the crisp weather the bridal party had a wonderful day (and I think even the guests did too). These details here in this photo could not describe my brother better. However to most, it is just a photo of a pair of shoes, a watch and... a tie. But! To my brother this is a photo of a pair of shoes that despite not fitting properly have been worn to honour our late cousin Thomas and one of his best friends; a photo of his obsession with watches and ultimately his enjoyment dressing up even though you might catch him in sweatpants and a t shirt more often than not.
