Brigid is also the goddess of fire, passion, poetry and agriculture/land. The protector of women, children and animals. Weaving through these aspects of Brigid within ourselves, uncovering pieces of the self that with intention, we can breathe more life into. Day 7 Lunch Advanced #369cleanse Round 8... This cleanse has been the deepest (they progressively seem to with each round), but instead of my body focusin on one or two ailments...it seems to targeting all of them. Heavy metals are absolutely highlighted because most of my neurological issues have been on mild this entire time, on and off (headaches, dizzyness, anxiety, back pain, fatigue, eye floaters,,insomnia) but my spine has felt stronger then it has since I can remember! Digestive symptoms have surprised me! I use to experience a gas pain every so often in the same spot near my right hip, and this has shown up a couple times this week along with some acid reflux and lots of bloating. Side note: the gas pain flare up would make intercourse very uncomfortable as well. The emotional side is quite challenging too, feeling prickly on and off, listening to a lot of nature sounds in the back round to help me stay present. I’ve had some old child memories surface, specifically high school, when I worked at athletes world and I had an allergic reaction to penicillin. He didn’t believe me (I never call in sick to work), so I showed up for my shift and was sent home. I was put on another antibiotic, which I also reacted to! I can’t count the amounting antibiotics I’ve consumed in this lifetime. I remember the ‘banana stuff’ as a child, so it started a long time ago! It’s no wonder celiac disease and random food allergies showed up in my 20’s. My skin always transforms in one way or another during these cleanses and this time all my issue showed up - hives , acne, boils, eczema I’m really looking forward to what this cleanse will offer my body once it’s complete.
