It's a new month, and that means goals! I've been doing a lot of mindset work lately, and I have to say for most of my life I have had the absolute worst mindset. ! This really spoke to me today, so I'm about to get really raw and real with you guys! This has not been my month, life has been throwing a lot of challenges at me lately and I would be lying if I said it hasn't thrown me a bit. Moving halfway across the country from everything you've ever known is hard! We have had to rebuild our life and it definitely hasn't been easy. ... T s... It has been amazing getting to experience all of these new things! Meeting new people, making new connections, trying new things! Moving has been the hardest and most rewarding thing we've done! I have had to get uncomfortable over and over! Thank goodness for the mindset work my team has been helping me with! You have to get uncomfortable to grow! You have to try new things to grow!
