Apparently its World Entrepreneur day today! Thought I maybe should do a hey, heres my face type of post Im Melody, and Im a self-taught Baker! I was born in Moose Jaw, SK and moved to Cochrane with my husband and baby girl in January 2015. ... I have 2 kids (almost 6 and 3.5) and have been mostly a stay-at-home mom for their lives. I have gone back and forth so many times about what career or job I wanted to pursue in my life. When I think about it, Melody Makes It has been in the works for a few years now. It started by selling things that I knitted (mostly Christmas stockings). I worked hard at trying to master French macarons at the beginning of 2019 and then people wanted to buy them! With a lot of coaxing from family (you know who you are, thank you ) I launched my social media pages and now Im making an actual job of this whole baking thing! I couldnt be an entrepreneur without your business, so THANK YOU a million times over for each and every order, comment, like, share and encouragement. I absolutely love what I do!
