SWCC FLU SHOT CLINICS There's still time to book an appointment to get your flu shot at the Student Wellness & Counselling Centre! You can book your appointment via the following methods:... - online: https://portal.healthmyself.net/swcc/guest/#/EPp/book. - phone: call 864-8500, option 4. - email: [email protected]. - SWCC HealthMyself app: you can also book your appointment through the app. In an attempt to immunize the Memorial community, our flu shot clinics will be available for Memorial students, faculty, staff, retirees and families. The Department of Health has assured us they have enough vaccines for everyone this year! Flu shot clinics will be held on: Tuesday, Nov. 17 Wednesday, Nov. 18 Wednesday, Nov. 25 Monday, Nov. 30 Friday, Dec. 4 WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Please be advised that our flu shot clinics will be different this year as we adhere to COVID-19 restrictions. When you arrive, please check in at the desk on the first floor of the University Centre where you will be screened for COVID-19 and receive your consent. Please wear a short-sleeved shirt and remember to bring your provincial health care card with you in order to receive your shot. A reminder that masks are mandatory in the SWCC.
