Its 7 days into the New Year. I’m not feeling it. I’m in a slump, I’m tired, on the brink of tears most evenings. I’m irritable. I want to yell. I’m touched out. One of my goals was to ask for what I need more. Why is it so damn hard? Why can’t I just do this every day. Why do I have to get THIS depleted before I ask. So I did it.
